I will see you in Porto

January is the month for Christmas blues, abysmal weather, "the mean reds" a la Holly Golightly and hibernating under the duvet with a mug of earl grey.

Despite it being my birthday month, I would be more than happy to wipe January permanently out of the calendar.

This January, we decided to make it a month to look forward to by booking a mini getaway to Porto in Portugal. Having had friends, colleagues and even strangers on the bus share their love for Porto, I am already itching to go.
