Yesterday I laughed so hard, a little bit of dribble rolled down my blouse. Twice.
Not that I cared very much. For no one else was looking, the lights were dim and I'm pretty sure that the same thing had happened to everyone else around me.
Thanks to the miraculous 2.5 hour laughter therapy of "Dr" Stephen Mangan and "Dr" Matthew Macfadyen in Jeeves and Wooster, I now feel refreshed, rejuvenated and rosy cheeked in a way that no amount of NARS blusher can reproduce.
This light hearted, posher than posh comedy features only a three member cast in 10 + character play. As my friend aptly described it the other day, it is the theatre equivalent of a cup of Earl Grey and a generous slice of Victorian Sponge!
Although Stephen Mangan and Matthew Macfadyen will be replaced by Robert Webb (Peep Show hottie) and Mark Heap from 7 April 2014, I don't doubt that the performance will be equally enjoyable.
I urge you all to book your tickets today, for laughter really is the best medicine.
