During the winter months, you can bet your bottom dollar that I will be found wearing at least one item of black clothing. For a pop of the deepest shade of ebony in the form of a snuggly polo neck, a sleek leather skirt or even a trusty cashmere scarf, will instantly add a classic touch to an otherwise nonchalent outfit.
The head-to-toe black style has long been celebrated in Western society by the likes of the Olsen sisters, my idol Giorgia Tordini and pretty much every resident of Northern Italy. Yet, for some reason - most likely the fear of being mistaken for Morticia from The Addams Family, I have vehemently resisted experimenting with an all black getup.
Now that Scandavanian weather is truly upon us and it feels like twilight by 4pm, I've decided to venture into the darkness, wearing...well darkness.
